Falcon Dispatch is a dispatch service, not a brokerage and not a fleet. The carriers on the road are the business. That shapes how the work gets done: loads get presented, not assigned; the fee gets disclosed before the first call is made, not buried in a rate confirmation later; and paperwork gets organized so a driver's time goes toward driving.
That's a small set of commitments, on purpose. A dispatcher who can't explain their fee in one sentence, or who books loads without asking first, isn't operating the way Falcon Dispatch does. Carriers are welcome to hold the team to that standard from the first call.
