Dispatch Service Agreement Summary
A plain-language summary of how the dispatch relationship works. This summary does not replace a signed service agreement.
This is a plain-language summary for the website, not a binding contract. A full Dispatch Service Agreement should be drafted and reviewed by a qualified attorney and signed separately with each carrier.
1. The Relationship
Falcon Dispatch provides dispatch support services to the carrier ("you"). You remain the motor carrier of record, operating under your own MC/DOT authority. Falcon Dispatch is not a broker, does not hold your authority, and does not own your equipment.
2. Fee Structure
Falcon Dispatch's fee is 5% of the rate for each load booked through Falcon Dispatch on your behalf. There is no setup fee. Fees apply only to loads actually booked, there is no fee on loads that are not booked.
3. No Forced Dispatch
You are not obligated to accept any load presented by Falcon Dispatch. Every load requires your approval before it is booked in your name.
4. Term and Termination
There is no long term contract. Either party may end the working relationship at any time. Any load already in transit at the time of termination is completed under the terms already agreed to for that load.
5. Carrier Responsibilities
- Maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and required documentation.
- Providing accurate equipment, availability, and location information.
- Operating loads safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Falcon Dispatch Responsibilities
- Searching for freight matching your equipment and preferences.
- Negotiating rates and communicating with brokers on your behalf.
- Assisting with carrier setup, paperwork, and detention/layover follow-up where applicable.
7. No Guarantees
Load availability, rates, and broker acceptance vary by market conditions, equipment, location, authority, and carrier qualifications. Falcon Dispatch does not guarantee a specific volume of freight, a specific rate, or specific earnings.
8. Full Agreement
This summary is provided for informational purposes. A complete Dispatch Service Agreement is provided separately for signature before dispatch services begin, and that signed agreement, not this summary, governs the working relationship.
