Straight answers about fees, forced dispatch, new MC authorities, equipment, and how the process works.

A dispatcher searches for freight that matches your truck and lanes, negotiates rates with brokers, books approved loads, and helps manage the paperwork and communication around each load so you can spend more time driving and less time on the phone.
Falcon Dispatch charges 5% per booked load. There's no setup fee and no long term contract.
5% of the booked load rate, taken only on loads we book for you. If a load isn't booked, there's no fee on it.
No. There's no upfront setup fee to start working with Falcon Dispatch.
No. We bring you loads to review. You decide which ones to accept. Nothing is booked without your approval.
Yes, you operate under your own MC authority. Falcon Dispatch is a dispatch service, not a broker, and does not provide or lease MC authority.
New authorities may be eligible for dispatch support, and we can help with broker setup and finding freight that fits your equipment and operating area. Broker acceptance varies by carrier, so we can't promise every broker will work with a new authority.
We work with dry van, reefer, flatbed, box truck, hotshot, power only, step deck, and can discuss other equipment types on a case by case basis.
Yes. Every load we bring you is a recommendation, not an assignment. You approve it before it's booked.
You tell us about your truck and lanes, we review your setup, then we start searching for freight, negotiating rates, and bringing you loads to approve.
Yes. Negotiating the rate before you approve a load is part of the service.
Yes. We handle broker calls, emails, confirmations, and status updates on your behalf.
We help organize rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and invoices connected to your loads.
Where applicable, we help document delays and follow up with brokers on detention, layover, or TONU.
Yes. There's no long term contract, so you're free to stop working with Falcon Dispatch whenever you choose.
Yes. Falcon Dispatch works with solo owner operators and small fleets of up to about ten trucks.
