Carriers remain the motor carrier of record and retain control over which loads they accept.

Load availability, rates, freight volume, and broker acceptance vary based on market conditions, equipment type, location, carrier authority, and other factors outside Falcon Dispatch's control. Falcon Dispatch does not guarantee a specific number of loads, a specific rate, specific earnings, or broker approval.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms on this Site and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property
